If you received a package that's missing a part of the product you ordered, please refer back to the product page and scroll down to the shipping information section. Many times different parts are shipped in separate packages and you receive two tracking numbers. A quick review will answer this question for you.

If this is regarding an issue with an order or product, please send an email to email@example.com, making sure to include the following:
- Order Number
- Outline what the issue is (please be very specific)
- Pictures of the issue (we will have to forward them to the manufacturer for help and to get a replacement processed).
- This includes damaged and missing products. If something is missing, please send a picture of everything that was in the box.
This information will dramatically speed up the resolution process.
